I would like to extend a warm thank you for helping us to make the event such a great success. The hotel played a key role in the event's success. Got to witness the professionalism and services of the hotel staff first-hand during this event. Everything right from the check-in process, to room hygiene, and banquet/buffet arrangements, the staff deserves a mention.

Special thanks to Head Chef Ganesh, Shubham & Amit from the F&B team for accommodating our request on making arrangements, for the Exeltis team on-the-go breakfast boxes, and fasting food items for my team observing Ramzan and Navratri festivals. Special thanks to, Akshay, Sonu, and the entire front office team, their support made the check-in process smooth and it was highly appreciated by everyone. The hygiene and cleanliness of the rooms were very well maintained.

Theme park visits also went smoothly due to ticketing and food coupons being arranged by the theme park team very well. Thanks again for such warm and wonderful hospitality!!

Me and my family visited/enjoyed the Theme Park on 28th Jan 2023. Few things to mention which made our visit safe/wonderful. We traveled to Imagicaa from Mumbai, Dahisar with Balano and Driver.
We enjoyed the activities at the Theme Park and were thrilled. We made an exit from the park gate between 8:30pm and 9:00pm, with the last few from the park. We found that our Balano car’s tyre had issues [no air] and a nearby tyre mechanic was not available. There were very few people in the parking area and lights were going off one by one. By that time lights were also off in the area where our car was parked.
Jayesh from the Security team immediately came and analyzed the situation. Security team switched on the lights and the team (Jayesh Palande, Deepak Angre, Swapnil Surwanshi, Nitin Salunke, Ravi Dumna) guided and helped us in replacing the tyre. Within 30-40 min tyre issues got fixed and then the Security team ensured our trouble-free departure.
They all were Super Hero for that moment and raised the Customer Care mark very high.

We visited Imagica on occasion of our first wedding anniversary. It was a great experience. We felt we were in some different world all together. Everything was fantastic. We loved the parade. Thanks Imagica team for making this so memorable.

I am writing this mail today to appreciate all the team members of Imagica who made our day MEMORABLE. All the arrangements right from getting ticket copies, all the coupons, snow park arrangements, security, food arrangements everything was just superb!

It was really a great experience and good place to enjoy one complete day with kids. There are ample rides & it's really difficult to experience all rides in one day. So it is advised to reach early around 10am. Weekends are normally crowded but not so much on our day of visit. 'Nitro' is super fun, bet you sit in front seat! Do buy the photo pass it's really worth it and one get good clicks of entire family by professional photographers.

I visited waterpark with my friends and very well maintained water park near khopoli area..awesome rides specially loopy woopy and mat racer ride were so coollll.

While going for Mr India show, I left my mobile at a bench near it. After sometime, I came looking for it and to my surprise, one of the staff of Imagica was waiting there for the owner to claim the mobile. The responsible act of Mr Dyaneshwar Khodagale was indeed a pleasant surprise.

I visited lots of amusement park in America, London, Singapore and Malaysia but Imagica is the best amusement park in India. I visited last week with my family and I really enjoyed, spl. Scream Machine, Nitro and Deep Space [...] very safe rides, reasonable price compare to other countries amusement park [...]

It was Truly an Delightful Experience for all of us !!! because of you & your Entire teams Amazing Hospitality we are able to do our 2 days’ event successfully without any single complaint. Kudos to all of you.

Visited Imagica theme park last Saturday on 9th September with my 4 friends, really enjoyed the experience. Would like to appreciate all the staff members of Imagica Theme Park especially girl named Poonam Jadhav from Red Bonnet. She was very helpful and guided us in a very polite way that we usually don't get to see. You guys are lucky to have such staff members.

We were awed by amazing rides & mesmerized by themed shows which were curated to perfection. What really makes Imagica an ideal theme park for adults and children alike is its friendly and caring staff who were always happy to help with a smile as and when required.

Enjoying the Theme Park in Rains
A must visit place if you stay in Mumbai Pune, opt for the Ghar Se Ghar Tak Package, it includes everything and it is value for money.

I am glad to share that the repeat experience to Imagica, of my parents, done on 12 June was of great delight and fun. All thanks to the excellent staff, who went out of the way to make sure of their comfortable visit. Not only were they good in customer service department, but also great in being sensitive towards older patrons. Keep up the good work.
